One of PSRI’s most current IT Staffing project is the State of Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relation’s (DOLIR) Unemployment Insurance Modernization Project. PSRI is the prime subcontractor to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The Unemployment Insurance Modernization Project was designed to modernize the systems that handle unemployment insurance benefit disbursements and unemployment insurance tax collection. PSRI provides a variety of IT Staffing Services that include Java J2EE, HP Extreme and SAP BODS resources. We currently provide 15-20 full-time resources.

Another major IT project undertaking is the State of Rhode Island Health Information Benefits Exchange (HIX) project in which we are the primary subcontractor to Deloitte Consulting. We are supporting the implementation of the health insurance initiatives under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) by supporting existing human services programs, provide hosting services for the state’s health benefits exchange and integrated eligibility system (HIX/IES), and potentially provide contracted operations of key business functions of the HIX/IES. The integrated technology program to support the Health Insurance Exchange, Medicaid, and other human services programs is referred to as the Unified Health Infrastructure Project (UHIP). PSRI provides IT Staffing Services which include the following: Conversion, Interface Development, Quality Assurance (testing) and Infrastructure Support. In addition to Infrastructure Support, we provide hardware/software capacity planning and stress testing.
